Partial Pass 1-7-25, okay to proceed construction at own risk. Waiting on updated electrical schematic for panel schedule. Additionally, this model will be temporarily used as a sales office and the garage has been constructed to fit those needs. Contractor has submitted a revision to the city for review and will be obtaining an additional permit. Meanwhile, permission has been granted to continue construction but will be done at own risk.
