6/10/25: copper piping hot water line at garage water heater needs to be insulated, thermostat shall be no higher than 48" above finish floor, T-top at bathroom exhaust requires screen, T-top must be properly fastened at rain cover, knock-outs at RTU need to be sealed with approved covers, grounds at disconnect and RTU must be appropriately identified.
