Construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is complete. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are properly installed and fully functional. Electrical panel is properly labeled and has AFCI & GFCI Breakers installed per plan and code requirements. A/C Unit has proper breakers installed in electrical panel. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy after all other departments have performed their inspections. |
