2/22/24: properly insulate wyes at mechanical flex connections, 2-bay garage requires 2 receptacles (1 for each bay), plans call for 12AWG wire at bedroom for receptacles (14AWG installed), properly support flex duct throughout, properly fasten anchor bolts throughout, receptacles throughout call for 12AWG but 14AWG is installed. Copper piping penetrating vapor barrier must be wrapped to avoid corrosion from stucco. kitchen hood duct not properly sealed. |
