8/11/2026 Secure exhaust ducts midway. Provide 3’ min from supply duct at laundry entry. Provide Boca plate at top of dryer duct (closet side). Seal kitchen exhaust duct at second attachment. Add nail plates at red marked areas. Secure 10” duct at every 4’ to primary bedroom. Provide a minimum of 10’ clearance between vent line and fresh air intake. Seal line to ac disconnect. Seal underground conduit. Seal exterior penetrations (master bathroom marked areas). Main water line at entry has a staple through it. Secure electrical line for exterior light at garage. Ensure a revision is made prior to finals in water lines not being ran per the approved plans. Ensure to provide updated model plan ending in 00347. |
