This will allow the drainage to flow away from the foundation. The invert of these scuppers/drain should not be below the grade or they will clog and not function. - Clearance to the weep screed on east side of building is not sufficient. -Address Numbers facing street on house still missing -Clean out needs to be trimmed. -Fix landing at Accessible Route Entry (extend it 12” past latch side of door). -There are conditions on the permit that need to be satisfied prior to final inspections: Air leakage and duct tightness Sewer Release |
