12-22-25: add stainless steel screws or anti corrosion screws around wet areas, add screws per schedule along base at hallway restroom, at south wall of hallway, kitchen island base and additional screws at back bedroom at joint/edges-screws must be installed 3/8" from edges/joints and cannot over penetrate more than 1/32".Have installers check entire house and add screws to non shear walls at base where spaced out more than 12"o.c. |
