12/20/24 h25 at second floor here secondary line I was removed, needs to be replaced, plate guards at mater bathroom on second floor. Wires off of guest plates on second floor. Blocking on register at top of the stairwell by bedroom 3. foam gaps in floor and my penetrations between floors. PEX line by main entrance may have penetrations from when lathe was installed. Vent line on east back wall needs to be filled surrounding the base. Re inspection required. |
