Add foam to pex line in bathroom downstairs near can light. Leak at clean out kitchen sink. Receptacle in bedroom 2 exceeding 12'. Seal all exterior penetrations through lath. Along with tear first bedroom above header. Duct above loft area and fresh air intake are filled with water. Need to be replaced. Add strap along the bottom plates that's been over notched near refrigerant lines. Tape seams at hard ducts. Move smokie over to 6" from wall first floor outside of bedroom. 8/28/2024 | |
