11/2/26: add anchor bolts to marked areas, replace damaged exterior sheathing at southeast area of 2nd floor, add nails to exterior sheathing-cannot over sink more than 1/16" & cannot be installed closer than 3/8" from edges/splices, install a sister stud at southwest corner of SW6 and another at the northwest section of the 2nd floor, missing double top plate at garage-see SD2/4, add nails at splices per SD2/6, attach hanger at garage-north of GLB, missing 3-3/8x5" lag screws at post back porch-see SD3.1/16, nail flush all nails at back porch ledger, add nails at joints/edges to decking above back porch, provide truss calcs, and pictures of parapet nailing. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
