9/23/26: add 2-16D nails at 24" o.c. At ledger, add nails to covered patio -SW9 at marked areas, add nails to window framing-see marked locations, missing SW11 at northeast side of great room, add anchor bolt within 12" of SW9 at back patio-see marked locations, missing boundary fasteners at gable end bracing-see detail 307/#7., per elevation B-missing SW11 at bedroom 3. Either add anchor bolts 23" o.c. And washers, or shot pins 3" o.c., add nails to roof panels at marked locations but provide a ladder as I was not able to reach high areas. Truss calls for Elevation B do not align with master layout- provide clarification. STOPPED INSPECTION-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE NOTED. |
