Per inspection from 9-10, inspector indicated loose sheathing. A letter for sheathing is required stating sheathing nailing was corrected per approved plans prior to installation of lath. Letter to be submitted as an attachment to the city for review and approval is required before issuing c of o. A reinspection or an engineer letter indicating current ledger at under stairs is sufficient. Also, electrical schedule doesn't match with number of actual AWG wires in installed.Therefore, have Austin Electric Company submit another letter to the city together with an updated schematic of electrical for review and approval.
