Per inspection from 9-10, inspector indicated loose sheathing. A letter for sheathing is required stating sheathing nailing was corrected per approved plans. Letter to be submitted as an attachment to the city for review and approval is required before issuing c of o. A reinspection or another engineer letter indicating current ledger is sufficient with what is currently in place. Also, electrical schedule doesn't match with number of actual installed AWG wires in garage. Therefore, have Austin Electric Company submit another letter to the city together with an updated schematic of electrical. Again, this too will be require city approval prior to issuing a Cof O. | |
