10/3/24: shear wall missing nailing at front of house. Three point girder at front of house not supported at 2nd bearing point. Issuing anchor bolts at shear walls plans call for 32" on center. Missing lateral bracing at T03SGE trust back of house. T12 trust at back of house webbing is broken needs engineering fix. Jack trust in garage missing h25 clips. Missing rsp clips at south side of home under girder trust. STOPPED INSPECTION more items can be added. |
