Accessible Routes to both units are not ADA compliant. Some of the sidewalk panels slope are over 5%. The landings in front of the doors are below grade of the finished floor by over an inch. Landings at door cannot be sloped either way more than 2%.
10/24/2025 ENGR Engineering Final Not Ready Numbers correspond with numbered, attached pictures.

1. Subgrade is not compacted correctly. Footprints, soft/loose.
Both Accessible Routes need to be compacted Correctly.

2. South Accessible Route. Landing at door over 2%. Fix this. Slope away from house but under 2%.

3. South Accessible Route, Left of door, next to house. Forms here are over 5%- they are 7.2%. The landing where route changes direction needs to be raised so this slope does not exceed 5% to fix this. The landing cannot exceed 2%, both ways .

4. South Accessible Route. Going down to street sidewalk....Here slope is 3.7%. If landing where route changes direction is raised, this slope should still remain 5% or under if it remains consistent down to street.
