11/14/23: seal all penetrations through top plate throughout, ufer needs to be properly fastened, wire size in bedrooms (2,3&1) not per plan (12AWG required per plans), pex must be 12'' from can lights, gas piping in laundry room needs to be properly secured, kitchen hood vent not installed, block registers on 3 sides, exhaust fan in attic missing, wire not made up in master closet, refrigerant lines need to be brazed into air handler, all penetrations going through vapor barrier need to be sealed, 3" Clean out missing at master bathroom per plan, missing Ev charger per plans. Dryer box not installed. |
