H2.5 clips are installed on all rafters, hold downs with 3x3 plate washers are installed on interior bearing walls, OSB plywood is properly nailed on all exterior shear walls. Roof sheathing is properly nailed to roof rafters. Okay to proceed with dry-in of roof and exterior walls. |
