9/23/26: STHD-10 at east side shear wall shall be attached to exterior sheathing, SW9-Shot pins shall be installed 4" o.c., add RSP4 clips at marked locations, SW11's require 3"x 3" washers, add anchor bolts at marked areas-anchors must be installed in the middle third of sill plate, add shot pins at marked locations, add nails to loose roof panels at marked areas-unable to gable ends at great room. Thus, provide a ladder to access roof, missing bracing on truss A4, missing boundary fasteners at great room/bathroom/garage-see detail 302-sloped blocking, missing detail 303-SW9,add 12/16d nails top plate splice at master bedroom. |
