Missing shear wall at garage entry. Loose shear walls on both east and west end in kitchen areas. Stud spacing call for 12" o.c north wall of kitchen. Provide anchor bolts at marked areas. Nail masa clip at garage. Nosing exceeded 1 1/4" at landing. Plans call for two cs16 straps at both north and south shear wall tie downs. Stopped inspection. Other items may occur. 11/18/2024 |
