All exterior and interior plywood shear walls are properly nailed to studs. Shear wall hold downs are properly secured to concrete floor and nailed off. All bottom plates are secured to the concrete floor with shot pins, masa clips, or red head bolts. Okay to proceed with rough-in of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. |
