Concrete forms are set, post tension cabling is properly placed, shear wall hold downs and masa clips are secured to the form per the plan, subsoil is properly compacted, underground electrical for kitchen island is installed, all plumbing pipes are properly wrapped for protection, and ground wire and rods are properly installed in bottom of footer. Okay to proceed with concrete pour. |
