8-11-26: no plans on site. At a quick glance, I noted that none of the top plate penetrations were fire foamed, no supports to exhausts, fha plate required for kitchen exhaust. Did not walk intermediates-please reschedule when ready. |

8-13-26: tape tears to vapor vapor at garage, fire foam DWV exterior east wall of garage, install an FHA plate at kitchen hood, support DWV at 1st floor at 4' intervals, seal penetrations from 1st floor to second floor decking-see marked locations, seal vapor barrier at upstairs marked locations, add supports to flex at 4' intervals-upstairs, insulate all hot pex lines 3/4" or larger, tape all tears on flex throughout, fire foam any horizontal penetrations from a unconditioned to conditioned space-at stairwall, provide supports at all restroom exhausts. Stopped inspection-additional items may be noted. |
