Concrete forms are set, post tension cabling is properly installed and inspected by 3rd party contractor, rebar reinforcement is properly installed per plan, underground electrical for kitchen island is installed, Ufer ground is installed on electrical panel side of garage, all plumbing pipes are wrapped with foam, shear wall hold downs are secured to form, and masa clips are evenly secured to concrete forms. Okay to pour concrete for footings and slab. |
