Concrete forms are set, post tension cabling is evenly spaced, masa clips are evenly spaced and secured to concrete forms, shear wall straps are properly placed to plan requirements and secured to the concrete forms, all underground plumbing pipes are properly wrapped with foam, underground electrical conduit is installed for kitchen island, additional rebar reinforcement is installed per plan, and 20' rebar is properly installed for Ufer ground. Okay to pour concrete for footings and slab. |
