Seal all exhaust penetrations first floor. Plans call for a sink in laundry room along with receptacle. Not stating that it's optional. Seal any tares in ductwork throughout. Missing receptacle in bottom room right of entry. Seal all through penetrations from garage in bedroom. Bedroom shear wall has been compromised. Secure 4 gang box at bathroom 1st floor. Replace fresh air intake due to water trap. Provide a minimum of 10' clearance from fresh air intake to any vent line. Add nail plate to electrical line at loft marked area. Ensure primary and secondary lines have proper slope. Abs line at primary bathroom have been punctured multiple times. Ensure line sets have not been punctured. 10/6/2026 |
