9-8-26 trimmer to king stud at window openings are required to be (2)16d nails 3"o.c. Throughout * missing nails at header on back porch* missing H2.5A clip at back porch Northwest corner* shot pins are required throughout first floor 6 inches from edge and 32 inches from then on, on non loadbearing walls. Marked some shot pins, but not all* over penetrated nails at garage shearwall no more then 1/8" penetration* add anchor boats to Mark locations* stopped inspection at this time second floor truss calcs and roof inspection not walked. More items may be noted. Reinspection is required please re-walk before calling inspection in. |
