9/14/26: Fasteners shall be no closer than 3/8" from edge of drywall (Throughout), fasteners shall penetrate no more than 1/8" into drywall (throughout), SW1 at BDRM 2 and Primary W.I.C (spacing must be 7" o.c), patch damaged drywall throughout, Drywall shall be spaced no more than 1/2" from floor to bottom plate, 1/8" max spacing at joints between drywall panels. |
