6/18/25: lath incomplete, Nail plates required at all rough-ins with 1 1/4" of 2x, thermostat shall be no higher than 48" AFF, seal penetration through vapor barrier at kitchen pantry, support flex duct at ceiling, seal penetration through vapor bar at entry and under stairs, fire block pen at stairs, drywall screws cannot be used for fan fixtures, strap at DWV not properly secured at 2nd story east wall, properly secure thermostat in wall at south west wall. |
