Concrete forms are set, post tension cabling is installed, underground electrical is in place, Ufer ground is in place on side of garage, required shear wall hold downs are in place and connected to rebar reinforcement, masa clips are evenly spaced around outside edge of form, and all underground plumbing pipes are wrapped with foam properly. Okay to pour concrete for footings and slab on grade. |
