Electrical wiring must be per plans, 12" of clearance required between pex and can lights, gauge for gas piping pressure test is damaged, all penetrations through vapor barrier must be sealed, all wiring must be secured 12" from box. WR receptacle required for electrical clearance. DWV not under test. 10/10/24: Test gauge at gas piping must be 15psi gauge and be tested to 15psi, 12" clearance required from pex to can light, seal sleeves for underground plumbing and electrical, provide updated electrical drawings, support gas piping midway at vertical runs. |
