7/31/24: shower pan not under test. Missing nail plate at DWV in master bed room and at pex line in den. Vapor barrier penetrations above window in kitchen and long wall need to be sealed. Fresh air duct full of water needs to be replaced. Support needed for four gang box by laundry. Gas line needs to be secured in laundry. |
