Concrete forms are set, masa clips are spaced properly, shear wall clips are in place per plans, rebar reinforcement is in place per plans, post tension cabling is installed and properly spaced per plans, plumbing pipes are properly wrapped with foam for protection, underground electrical for kitchen island is installed, and Ufer ground is installed on right side of garage. Okay to pour concrete for footings and slab on grade. |
