Exterior and interior walls are properly secured to concrete floor with cut nails, bolts or a/b bolts. Shear wall hold downs are properly nailed to studs in walls per plan and code. Plywood sheathing on shear walls is properly nailed per plans. Straps are installed and secured to headers of all large openings. Okay to proceed. |
