Exterior and interior plywood shear walls are properly installed, bolted, and nailed per the plans. All masa clips are properly nailed to bottom plate, all shear wall hold downs are properly nailed to wall studs, and titan bolts are installed were joints in bottom plate happened. Okay to proceed with rough-in of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. |
