3x3 plate washers are missing on bolt hold down of sole plate. Headers above doors & windows are not framed to industry standards with the plywood spacers between the 2 by material. Truss clips do not appear to be Simpson H2.5A truss clips. |

5-1-23: Plate washers have been placed at each sole plate bolt location. Headers meet the standards for framing. Truss clips are stamped with the Simpson logo. Okay to apply vapor barrier and stucco lathe to the exterior of building. |
