Bottom plates are properly screwed to concrete floors with masa clips, shot pins, pour in place bolts, or titanium bolts. Exterior sheathing is properly installed and secured to studs with nails per plan requirements, shear wall hold downs are installed and properly nailed to studs and sheathing. Okay to proceed with rough-in. |
