6/21/24: T&P drain must terminate 6" above grade, Receptacle at main panel require bubble cover, cut clean outs to grade, UV coat all plastic piping on exterior of home, properly secure HVAC disconnect box, stucco must be repaired throughout, inter system bonding termination must be properly secured, post tension tag required at hose bib, plumbing not complete at kitchen island. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
