Building construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are complete. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are installed and operational. Electrical panel is properly labeled, GFCI and AFCI breakers are installed and working correctly. Bottom hinge on electrical panel needs a screw to secure it to the panel. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy for this permit. |
