4/18/25: wiring not per approved plans (receptacles required to be 12AWG for 20 Amp circuit), all metallic boxes must be grounded at time of inspection, all boxes shall be made up at time of inspection, electrical underground must be 18" below grade, seal conduit in wall, exhaust fan not terminated to exterior, DWV not under pressure, seal all penetrations through vapor barrier, sill plate not fast per plans, clean outs missing per plan in wall, ABS to PVC connection not approved at vent. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
