Gas to be removed; Water and sewer must be capped-either provide pictures showing sewer cap or excavate so we can verifiy. |

Also, we must verify that water & sewer is capped-any available pictures would be acceptable, otherwise, excavation is required. Furthermore, another failed inspection will result with a re-inspection fee. |
