The 18" wall footers dimensions are modified to work with existing elevations and existing adjacent wall footing conditions. Thicknesses are compensated for so overall the footers will be equivalent or larger than what is designed. Reinforcing is correct with some modifications to allow for existing condition (some verts are epoxy set)- Epoxy set verts and # 5 at 24”Horz are spaced correctly and have good clearances.
Schedule next inspection when the #4 Verts and laps are ready for all walls.
