Junction box covers are missing at the fire riser. Air gap is required at the fire riser. ADA receptacle requirements are not met. Circuit B-82 has no power. Water heater manufacturer’s required side clearance is not met. All disconnect boxes are not labeled. Roof receptacle has no power. All rooftop equipment must be labeled, and proper amperage must be verified for all equipment. Insulation at the ice maker is not properly protected. Kitchen equipment is not properly secured to the wall. Circuit B-27 is off at the seating area. NOTE: on the panels that were penetrated via screws, one of the following options is required.1) a UL inspection by the manufacturer is required and the inspection report would have to submitted to the for city for review 2) a letter by the UL manufacturer documenting the panels are safe to use and there is no possibility of arching 3) replace panels. Conditions for Occupancy: Engineering final inspection must be approved prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy (CofO). Water sterilization is required prior to issuance of Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) above Level 1. Pima County Health Department inspection must be approved prior to issuance of TCO above Level 2. |
