08/29/2025 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Re-inspection required 8-29-25: framing inspection-missing anchor bolts, bolts & washers throughout together with hold downs. Missing A-34's per detail S301/D3, sheathing nailing not per schedule-nailing cannot be closure than 3/8" from edges/joints and cannot over-penetrate more /16".

10/03/2025 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Partial Pass 10-3-25: in wall DWV/domestic verified under test at back house areas. In wall electrical at same areas verified per plans, however, add Boca plates where blocking was over notched & firefoam all penetrations. Areas of focus include, back interior south wall & several areas throughout back house located on east & central walls. Inspection required for mentioned areas.
10/09/2025 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Re-inspection required 10/9/25: re-inspection required for shearwall.
10/10/2025 COT - LCBU - Building Final  Partial Pass 10-10-25: shear wall nailing at dining, queue, meal fulfillment area, ready vest, storage, it closet, office, kitchen, service area, eq room verified per plans and approved. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas.
