this site is showing 88 parking and access isles that are non-compliant at this point for slope and grade. The access ramps from the access aisle is also ADA compliant Ford slope and grade. There are existing roof drains, depositing water directly onto the sidewalk along the east side of the building that should be removed and placed into scuppers in the sidewalks and steps, but nothing is called out on the plans |
