Construction of Tenant Improvements is complete. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fixtures and equipment is installed and fully functional. Interior booths, tables, and chairs are in place in lobby area. All Starbucks equipment is installed and operational. Restrooms have ADA accessible hardware installed. Fire has completed there inspection. Health is scheduled for tomorrow to perform their inspection. Okay to issue Level 4 Certificate of Occupancy once all required inspections are completed. |
