3-27-26: 1/2" threshold maximum required at exterior door, add a 3'x3' landing at exterior door, and either submit a revision for the extra exterior light fixture or remove altogether, remove excess concrete around slab, missing double steel door, provide an updated panel schedule, complete landscaping, and have a licensed contractor submit a letter to the city documenting that drywall screws were installed per plans or reschedule an inspection using "magnets" to verify screw spacing. |
