9-30-25: MEP's - pending electrical tie in at panels, disconnects at rooftop, lighting at canopy, ceiling mount receptacle, firefoam all penetrations at electrical room. Plumbing- flush control must be on accessible side, insulate hot water line above ceiling and at water heater with minimum of R3. Paint all exterior abs/pvc on rooftops and complete HVAC. |
