2-12-25, all renovations and alterations were made without any inspections. Have a licensed contractor submit letters to the city for review/approval for all covered work stating that all construction was completed per approved plans and meets the 2018 International Building Code. This must be approved together with conditions prior to issuing a C of O. |

2-21-25, per management at the bank they are not authorized to deal with anything related to construction. As per the previous notes from 2-12-25, have a licensed contractor submit in writing to the city that all covered construction was completed per approved plans and meets the 2018 IBC. Another alternative would be to reschedule inspection with contractor on site and uncover electrical, framing, etc.. to verify all alterations/construction made. |
