5-12-25, knee guards required for bathroom lavatory, provide ladder and remove several ceiling tiles to verify seismic wiring together with above ceiling mechanical, access to rooftop is required and all framing was covered without approval.Therefore, submit a letter to the city for review/approval with regards to all covered framing. Document that all covered construction was made by approved plans and meets the 2018 International Building Code. |
