7-2-25: per plans, panel D was to be installed inside establishment and not on the exterior side. Panel D breakers must be labelled per plans and install permanent identification labels for each panel. Either submit a revision reflecting current setup or install per plans. Provide pictures/videos if any previous underground electrical work that may have been covered without inspections. |
